We offer flexible billing to suit your business. You can subscribe Monthly (pay-as-you-go) or Yearly (get 3 months free / 25% off). All premium plans include the same advanced features; you simply choose the payment schedule that works best for you.

No! This is a massive advantage of KoruStay. Your guide is a "Progressive Web App" (PWA). Guests simply click a link (or scan a QR code) and it opens instantly in their browser. No downloads, no passwords, no friction. It works perfectly on iPhone, Android, Tablet, and Desktop.

Pio is powered by our proprietary "RAG" (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) engine. When you fill out your property form (WiFi, Check-in, Rules), our system indexes that data into a secure knowledge base. When a guest asks a question, Pio reads your specific guide instantly to provide the correct, context-aware answer.

Important: Do not simply "cancel" your account, or you risk losing access entirely. Instead, you must downgrade to the free "Guide" plan inside your dashboard before your billing period ends. By downgrading, your guide stays live and your guests retain access to essentials like House Rules and Directions. You simply lose access to the premium features (AI, Upsells, Branding) until you reactivate.

The White Label plans are designed for property managers and boutique brands. It removes all "Powered by KoruStay" branding, the KoruStay footer logo, and our standard colour palette. You replace them with your own Logo and Hex Colours, and even map your own custom domain (e.g., guide.yourvilla.com).

Absolutely. We use KoruLock™ technology to protect sensitive data like WiFi passwords, Lockbox codes, and Alarm PINs. This data is encrypted and hidden from the public view until the guest enters the unique PIN you provide them. Even our AI cannot read these secrets unless the PIN is verified. We recommend updating your PIN regularly between stays.

We only make money when you do. KoruStay includes a native Upsell Engine allowing you to sell services like Late Checkout or Equipment Hire. On the free Guide plan, the platform fee is 12%. When you upgrade to a Pro plan, this fee drops to 9%. Furthermore, Pro users can choose to use their own external payment links (BYO Upsells), skipping the KoruStay system entirely and paying 0% fees.

Yes. On Pro and White Label plans, you unlock Direct Booking Links. You can link your guide's "Book Now" button to your own website or booking engine. This allows you to capture repeat guests without paying commission fees to OTAs.
