How many languages does the KoruStay guest guide support?

Accepted Answer

Over 100. The world’s top languages — including German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese, Chinese (Simplified), Japanese, Korean, and Te Reo Māori — are instant. Other languages take a few seconds the first time a guest on that guide needs them, then they are instant for the next guest.

Do guests have to hunt for a language toggle?

Accepted Answer

No. KoruStay recognises the guest’s language from their device and welcomes them in it from the first screen, so they are not met with a wall of English. They can still keep English if they prefer.

What parts of the stay are translated?

The full guest experience: welcome screen, House Rules, Local Gems, activities, and email confirmations that follow the chosen language.

Is this the same as Pio speaking the guest’s language?

Accepted Answer

No. Language translation is the whole guest guide in their language. Pio answering in the language they type is a separate feature on the AI Concierge. Both can be on at once.

Which plans include guest guide languages?

Accepted Answer

Concierge and above. The free Guide plan stays English. There is no extra monthly translation fee. Pio speaking the guest’s language follows Pio packaging on the plan — it is not the same gate.
