We saw a fundamental flaw in the short-term rental market: the technology was failing the guest and exhausting the host. Operators were stuck relying on outdated paper binders, clunky PDFs that required “pinching and zooming,” and OTA chat apps that pinged at 10:00 PM with the same questions about Wi-Fi passwords and lockbox codes.
