No. Market Compare is rates and amenity gaps versus nearby listings. Host Analytics is Guide Health and how guests actually use the guide. Amenity gaps can be sent from a scan into Host Analytics so they stay on your fix list.
How many scans do I get?
Guide, Concierge, and White Label include one lifetime market scan. Pro, White Label Pro, and Agency WL Pro include two scans per calendar month, plus Auto-Run on the 1st.
What does one scan cover?
One market area — not one guide. Several stays in the same town can share a fresh scan while the cache still applies.
Which booking sites does it compare?
Holiday-home and bach-style guides compare Airbnb and Booking.com. Hotel and motel-style guides focus on Booking.com. Your own listings shown in the scan are Airbnb, Booking.com, and Bookabach-family (VRBO / Stayz / Expedia). Other booking-site URLs can stay on the guide; they are not scraped for this picture.
Can Pion run this for me?
