For Standard items (under $1,500), the fee is 9% on the Pro plan and 12% on the Basic plan. For High Value items (over $1,500), the fee drops to 6% (Pro) and 7% (Basic). There is a minimum floor of $8 per transaction.
Yes. Offering extra services like late checkouts, tours, or equipment rentals is a standard part of hospitality. KoruStay simply automates the collection of these fees so you don’t have to use the Resolution Center.
