Is the software ready to use today?
This is a Pilot Build, not an off-the-shelf download. We have the core technology engine, but we are building the specific Dashboards and Interfaces with our Pilot Group over the coming weeks. This means you get to help shape how it works to fit your business, rather than being forced to use a generic tool.
What is the application process?
We have strictly limited capacity: 10 spots for existing businesses and only 3 spots for the Incubator.
Step 1: Register your interest today using the form above.
Step 2: Within 14 days, we will invite you to submit a detailed application.
Step 3 (Gate 1): We review your application to ensure you fit the pilot criteria.
Step 4 (Gate 2): If accepted, we begin the Operations Audit. If that goes well, we move to the final build and launch.
Do I need to be "good with computers"?
Not at all. We built this system specifically for people who are busy working with their hands. If you can send a text message or check Facebook, you can use KoruWorks.
How do the fees work?
For Founding Partners, the standard $49/month subscription is $0 for 12 months.
Transaction Fees: The 6% fee applies only to payments processed securely via the platform (Credit Card, Online, Tap-to-Pay) to cover processing costs and admin.
Bank Transfers: The system also allows you to provide Bank Transfer instructions to your clients if you prefer to be paid that way.
Can I really use this for my non-KoruStay clients?
Yes. We want this to be your one-stop “Command Center.” You can use the system to manage your schedule and invoices for all your customers. It’s a cleaner, faster way to run your business.
Is my business idea safe with you?
100%. We are a technology partner, not a competitor. We build the engine; you drive the car. Any business concepts, trade secrets, or operational data you share during the application process are treated as strictly confidential under our Privacy Policy. We want you to run the business, not us.
What if I sign up but then change my mind?
You can withdraw your interest at any time during the Application or Audit phase with zero issues. However, once we start the custom build for your business and you go “Live,” we ask for a 12-month commitment to honor the investment we have made in your setup.
