Your stay includes a complimentary continental breakfast to enjoy at your leisure.

This typically includes cereal, toast with spreads, fruit, juice and yoghurt.
Everything is provided in your kitchen so you can relax and start the day at your own pace.

If you would like something more substantial, a cooked breakfast is available as an optional upgrade.

Things Guests Often Find Tricky

We’ve put together these quick guides for the items guests most often ask about. Everything is simple once you know how it works, and we’re always nearby if you need a hand.

Fill the water tank at the back of the machine.

Switch the machine on and wait until the lights stop flashing.

Lift the top lever and insert a coffee capsule.

Close the lever firmly.

Place your cup under the spout.

Press the small cup button for espresso or the large cup button for a longer coffee.

Used capsules drop automatically into the internal container.

Helpful Tips
• If no coffee comes out, check the water tank is full
• If the lever won’t close, the used capsule container may need emptying
• Please switch the machine off when finished

The heat pump keeps the studio comfortable year-round.

Use the white remote located on the wall in the lounge.

Press ON/OFF to start.

Select your mode:
• HEAT (sun symbol) for warmth
• COOL (snowflake symbol) for cooling

Adjust the temperature using ▲ or ▼.

Fan speed can be left on AUTO.

Helpful Tips
• Please keep doors and windows closed while the heat pump is running
• Comfortable settings are usually around 20–22°C for heating
• If it doesn’t respond, after a minute or so turn off and try again

Turn the TV on using the VEON remote.

Press the Home button to access the menu.

Choose Netflix, Freeview, or another streaming app.

The TV is already set up and ready to use — no login is usually required.

Helpful Tips

• If the screen is blank, press Source/Input and select HDMI 1
• If the TV stops responding, turn it off and wait 10 seconds before restarting
• Volume can be adjusted using the remote or the buttons on the TV itself

If your device won’t connect:

1. Check Wi-Fi is turned on in your device settings.

2. Select the correct network and enter the password exactly as shown.

3. Move closer to the router if the signal drops.

• Restarting your device often fixes connection issues
• Streaming works best when fewer devices are connected at once

Important – Bathroom Step

Please be aware there is a step up into the bathroom from the kitchen.
Take care when using this area, especially at night.
