To maintain the premium quality of our condo and respect the strict HOA guidelines of the building, please follow these community rules during your stay.

  1. Sand Protocol: Please use the outdoor shower located near the pool gate to rinse off all sand before entering the lobby or the apartment.
  2. Balcony Safety: Do not hang towels or swimwear over the glass balcony railings (HOA strictly forbids this and will issue fines).
  3. Events & Occupancy: Maximum occupancy is strictly 4 guests. No parties or events allowed.

Apartment Guide

The blue electronic fob on your keychain grants access to the private beach gate and the 3rd-floor pool deck.

The air conditioning works best when the balcony doors are fully closed. The system will automatically shut off if the sensors detect the doors have been open for more than 5 minutes.

Complimentary laundry pods are located in the cabinet above the washer. Please clean the lint trap after every drying cycle.

We’ve provided a starter sleeve of Nespresso pods upon arrival. Press the large button for a Lungo (long pour)

The trash chute is located at the end of the hallway near the elevators. Please do not leave bags on the floor.

The living room Samsung TV has apps for Netflix, Hulu, and Disney+. Please remember to log out of your personal accounts before departure.
