To turn the TV on, please use the TV remote first, then switch the dish on with the other remote. Ensure the TV is set to the correct channel (this is labelled on the TV). If you experience any issues, please turn everything off at the wall, wait a few moments, and then turn it back on before contacting us.
Laundry tokens are available for purchase from the office at $5 per token, with one token required per wash and one per dry. Please use the laundry liquid provided, as it is environmentally friendly and suitable for our system.
If the container is empty, please see the office for a refill.
Please check out by 10am. If you are in a cabin, please leave the key in the cabin door upon check out. We thank you for your stay with us.
We are on town supply water, please conserve where possible. It is of excellent drinking quality.
As we are a small community, we ask that all is quiet by 10.30pm and have respect for your neighbouring campers and residents.
For hot showers in the amenity block there is a button outside of each shower cubicle, please push this to get 5 minutes of hot water. There are also outdoor showers available to rinse off any excess sand.
Children must be supervised on and off the playground, please be quiet at a reasonable hour of night.
Dogs are allowed on request; they must be kept within your own site area and on a lead at all times. Dogs cannot be left unattended at the campground.
Usual dog etiquette must be maintained.
We sell both fresh and salt ice from the office, as well as cold drinks, come and see us within office hours.
Sharkeys is a relaxed spot just steps from the Holiday Park, serving up classic fish & chips, burgers, cold drinks and sweet treats. With a friendly atmosphere and indoor and outdoor seating, it’s the perfect place to refuel and unwind at Baylys Beach.
For just $5 per bed, we can provide you with a set of linen including duvet, extra blanket, top sheet and a towel.
Due to environmental and infrastructure considerations, we do not have a dump station at our holiday park. The nearest dump stations are at the Dargaville Museum and Dargaville Caltex, so please plan to stop there before your arrival.
