Please park in the concrete driveway on the left side of the house. There is space for two cars. Please do not park on the grass berm as the council issues fines.

House Rules

  • No parties or noise after 10pm (sound carries!).

  • Please wash sand off feet before entering.

  • No smoking inside.

House Guide

Red bin is for rubbish, Yellow for recycling. Please put them on the kerb on Monday morning.

Gas bottle is under the hood. Please scrape the grill down after use. Spare gas bottle is in the garage.

Use the ‘Input’ button to select HDMI 1. You can cast from your phone using the ‘Sunny_Cast’ device.

Life jackets are hanging in the garage. Please rinse the kayaks with the hose after using them in the bay.
