3. Air swing makes a big difference in efficiency heating or cooling the house.  Icon for swing is up if you’re wanting warmer / cooler for upstairs.  Icon down if cooling / heating lower living areas etc.

Note:

Often, fan only in warmer months will suffice if doors & windows are

open (great breezes!)

Cooler months close all windows & doors for maximum warmth.

Warmer months air con cools the house down nicely with doors & windows closed.

1. Turn the oven on at the wall switch – located above the oven.
2. Move the dial clockwise to the desired function / Move the dial clockwise todesired temperature.
3. Push the icon/ button to override pre-set functions.
4. Light will come on after this.
5. Move dials anti clockwise to turn off & turn off at wall after each use.

This button is for selection of HDMI. 1 or HDMI. 2

HDMI.2 is run on the Dish TV remote only – Local channel available T. V channels & music etc.

HDMI. 2 Is run off the Fire TV remote only.

No signal will come up until you select one of the four buttons ( circled 3. In the picture. Sign into your account & enjoy Entertainment through our in house internet!

Out door lights for deck; Location is behind the curtain, beside the dining table.

The outdoor shower is located at the base of the concrete water tank.

We appreciate your consideration in using this to wash off excess sand before entering

the house on return from the lovely surrounding beaches!

Connect the hose behind the base of the shower & enjoy! Water

shortages apply in summer so please be mindful..

All Furniture & Bedroom configurations are thoughtfully prepared for our guests optimum

comfort & convenience.

Please return anything moved to its original location at the end of your stay.

Carpet spills happen we understand.

Carpet cleaning foam is provided on the top shelf in laundry for such instances – However

please do inform us of any damages/ breakages & problems at the earliest convenience.

We have provided 1 yellow council bag. Collection is every Tuesday morning.

Leave rubbish by the letterbox before 7am. More bags can be purchased from the local

four square at Coopers beach. Black bags are supplied above the washing machine in the

laundry, black bins with lids x 3 are supplied underneath the fishing bench at the back

door.

We appreciate you dividing coloured glass / tins/plastic into separate bins. The amazing

Taipa refuse station is only a 5 minute drive over the hill.

Glass, tins & plastic are free to recycle there.

A small $3 fee per food & general waste, per bag applies if the Tuesday general waste

collection does not work within your stay dates.

Pantry basics are provided for our guests convenience. However we do

ask replacements for any excessive use!

Lower level back door jams during certain seasons.

A little persuasive lift & push at the bottom is required ‘sometimes’ to ensure it is locked!

The upstairs master bedroom door to the deck has a little ‘knack’ to ensure it is locked.

Hold the door closed, then turn anti clockwise until engaged (door can’t be pushed open if

locked properly).

We like to leave this door open in warmer months (curtains shut to keep bugs out). You

will enjoy a lovely seabreeze & waking to the gentle lapping of waves is just ‘magical’
