Departure

Departure & Lockup Instructions
The property must be vacated by 11am on the day of your departure. If there are no bookings for your departure day, you may leave late by prior arrangement – we are flexible, so let us know your requirements. We ask you to ensure the following:
Log out of your personal Smart TV accounts (Netflix etc.)
Remove all of your perishable food
Dishes have been washed and put away
All power points and lights are turned off (except fridge)
Close all windows and blinds
If you have used the BBQ, please clean, put cover back on and return 
to the corner by the spa gate
Return the folding wooden table to the laundry, next to the washing machine
Ensure washing machine taps are turned off
If you have used the fold-away bed in the bunk room, please collapse, and store at the end of the bunk beds
The spa pool is NOT to be turned off but please ensure the cover is on and all clips are securely fastened
Remove all rubbish from the Bach and place in the bins by the garage. Please ensure recycling is sorted and placed in the correct bins.
Lock all doors and return keys to the lock box, don’t forget to check…

Please note that if the property requires removal of rubbish or excessive cleaning after your stay, we reserve the right to charge additional cleaning costs.
 
The Lock Box
To open: • Slide the black cover down
• Roll the numbers to the code you have been provided
• Push the black lever to the left of the numbers down and pull the cover open
To close: • Close the cover and roll the numbers to a random combination – check it is 
   locked securely – if the cover won’t close and lock, check that the numbers are 
   lined up to the correct code you have been provided
Please ensure the lock box is kept closed during your stay to protect from weather.
