  • The Role:
    100% Outbound Hunter. You must be self-employed / an Independent Contractor. You bring the pipeline; we bring the product.
  • The Commission:
    Up to 40% on Top-Line Software Revenue (MRR/ARR) for the first 12 months of the contract.
  • The Caps:
    Absolutely none. No commission caps. No earning ceilings.
  • The Payout:
    Tracked accurately and paid like clockwork on the 15th of the month following the client's billing cycle.
  • Deal Protection:
    We use a secure Deal Registration portal. You claim your target PMC before you dial. Your leads are yours.
  • The Exclusions:
    Commissions are strictly paid on software revenue. You do not get a cut of the Setup Fees or Guest Upsells.
  • The Discount Rule (Margin Protection):
    Can you offer discounts to push a deal over the line? Yes. But we operate a strict margin-protection model. Every dollar you discount to win the deal comes directly out of your commission pool.
